Around your workspace

Where everything lives once a brand is connected: the overview, platforms and campaigns, activity and the morning review, approvals, rules, customers and leads, reports, the audit, and setup.

Before you start

  • A brand with at least one connected account.
  1. Overview

The month at a glance: spent against budget with each platform’s stop marked, results against the goal, what your CRM says was won, and this morning’s changes. The last check and the next are in the top bar.

  2. Platforms and campaigns

Every account Max reads and every campaign in it, with spend, results, cost each, a sixteen-day trend and a status. Open a campaign to change its budget, target, bid cap or exclusions. Every change is reviewed on screen before it is sent, and logged with your name.

  3. Activity and the morning review

Every check, proposal and change, newest first. Each morning’s review is a page of its own: what Max read, what he weighed it against, what he proposed, which rule checked each proposal, and what happened.

  4. Approvals

Anything outside the rules waits here with the reason, the numbers and, for a new ad, a mock-up. Approve, edit or reject. Max’s questions, where a decision is a business one, wait here too.

  5. Rules

The limits Max works within, in plain words: how far a budget can move in a day, how long a change rests, how much evidence a pause needs, and what always asks. You can make them stricter; only the AdsEye team can loosen them.

  6. Customers and Leads

Customers shows each stage from your CRM and where it goes on each platform, and what was sent back this morning. Leads is the inbox for enquiries from your website forms and, once each platform’s review lands, their own lead forms.

  7. Reports and the audit

The report on the 1st, beside every report before it, and the explorer for any range, comparison or breakdown, all of it exportable as CSV. The audit scores each platform out of 100 from the last numbers Max read.

  8. Setup, team and your data

Connect, goals, the plan, the brand kit Max writes to, the people who can see the account, notifications, and a page that lets you take a copy of everything Max holds or close the account and have it deleted.

Common issues

Something is missing from the menu?

Some screens are switched on account by account as they clear review: calls counted, short video ads, tests, keyword research and client logins. The AdsEye team can tell you where each stands.

Can I work from my phone?

Yes. Every screen is built for a phone first. Approvals can reach your phone as a notification once phone notifications are switched on for your account, and you still say yes on the Approvals page.

Can my own systems read the numbers?

An API with a key and a handful of endpoints is built, and switched on by the AdsEye team on request.
