Work with Max every day

Max brings the numbers, his proposals and every change together, so your part is the decisions that need you: usually a few minutes a morning.

Before you start

  • Connected accounts with a successful read.
  • Goals, budgets and rules agreed, and the plan approved.
  1. Read the morning note

After each review, everyone on the account gets a note by email and in the app: what was done, what goes out on the next hourly run, what waits for you, and any questions Max has. In dry run it says so.

  2. Open the review

Each morning’s review is a page: Read, Weigh, Propose, Check, Act, Tell. Every proposal shows its evidence, its confidence, the rule that checked it and the outcome: made, trimmed, sent for a yes, or held. Nothing is lost; a held proposal carries to the next day’s review.

  3. Decide what is waiting

Approvals shows each change with the reason, the numbers and, for a new ad, a mock-up. Approve, edit the copy and approve, or reject. Answer Max’s questions in a sentence; where a decision is a business one, he asks rather than acts.

  4. Know what Max does alone

Inside the rules: budget moves up to 20% and £50 a day per campaign, a three-day rest after a change, up to fifteen searches excluded in a review, and an ad rested only on seven days and thirty clicks of evidence. Bigger moves, new ads, pausing a whole campaign and switching anything back on always ask.

  5. Trust the hard stop

Every hour Max checks spend against each monthly budget. At 97% he pauses that platform’s campaigns until the 1st, or until you switch them back on, and tells you. A spend spike raises an alert straight away.

  6. Make your own changes

Open a campaign and change its budget, target, bid cap or exclusions. Review the change on screen, then send it. It goes through Max, is logged with your name, and is not held by his limits, because you are the person they ask for.

  7. Read the report on the 1st

Spend and cost per result on each platform, what your CRM says happened next, what Max changed and why, what worked, what did not, and what comes next. Every earlier report stays beside it, and the explorer answers any other question with a link you can send.

Common issues

Will Max change anything he wants?

No. The limits live in the code, not in his judgement. You can make them stricter, and only the AdsEye team can loosen them.

What if the numbers are stale?

The top bar shows the last check and the next. If a connection has failed, the overview says so; fix it before acting on the numbers.

Can I approve from my phone?

Once phone notifications are switched on for your account, a notification opens the change on your phone, and you still say yes on the Approvals page. Nothing is ever decided from a lock screen.
