Manage brands and clients

One workspace for one brand, three businesses or ten agency clients. Every brand has its own accounts, goals, budgets, rules and reports, and every brand is £20 a month.

Before you start

  • A list of the brands you run, with their ad account IDs.
  • Who at each business should be able to see the account, and who should be able to approve.
  1. Keep businesses apart

Each brand is its own account inside your organisation, with its own connections, goals, rules, approvals, activity and monthly report. Nothing is shared between brands, and a person invited to one brand sees only that brand.

  2. Add a brand

From your organisation page choose Add an account and give the business name, what it does, where it works and its website. The new brand starts in dry run with its own setup steps: connect, goals, plan.

  3. Map connections carefully

Check account names and IDs before you connect them. An ad account belongs to one brand. If two businesses share a Google Ads account, separate them in Google Ads first, or the numbers of one will be read as the other’s.

  4. Give each brand its own rules

Goals, budgets and the limits Max works within are set per brand, and so is the hard stop. One client’s rules never apply to another.

  5. Invite the right people

On Team, invite an owner or a member for each brand. Owners connect accounts, set goals and budgets, approve plans and invite people; members see every screen and can approve or reject changes. Invitations work for fourteen days. A read-only client view, which sees results and reports and nothing else, is built and is switched on account by account.

  6. Read the whole portfolio

Your organisation page lists every brand with whether it is live, in dry run or paused. Open a brand for its overview, approvals and report. Each brand’s monthly report goes to the people you name on it.

Common issues

Can brands share a card?

Billing is per organisation: one card or Direct Debit for all your brands, one invoice. Reporting is in pounds sterling.

How many brands can I run?

Up to ten in self-serve, added one at a time. Three brands are £60 a month and ten are £200. If you run more than ten, talk to the AdsEye team.

Can a client see their own account?

A client view login is built. It shows the overview, the campaigns and the reports, cannot change or approve anything, and never sees your other clients. It is switched on account by account.
