For agencies and freelancers

Your own ad tool. Your name on it.

Run every client’s Google and Meta ads in one place, with your agency’s name, logo and colour on every screen, every email and every monthly report. Each client gets their own login, and what they see is your tool. £20 a client a month.

What your client sees

Their numbers, in your colours.

Here the example account is dressed as a made-up agency, Northfield Digital, and opened with a client login. No AdsEye logo, no AdsEye green: the agency’s name, mark and colour run through the whole screen.

The overview under a made-up agency’s brand, Northfield Digital: its name and navy mark in the top bar, navy headings and buttons, and a client login’s menu of Overview, Campaigns and Reports
The overview, under the agency’s nameThe month against the goal, the campaigns and what Max did this morning. A client login sees three pages: Overview, Campaigns and Reports.
The reports screen under Northfield Digital’s brand: spend and enquiries for the month, date ranges, comparisons and filters, with export and PDF buttons
Reports they can open themselvesAny date range, any comparison, exported or saved as a PDF. The report on the 1st arrives by email under your name too.
The same client login on a phone: Northfield Digital’s name at the top, the month on pace, enquiries, cost each and the CRM stages
On their phoneThe same account, the same colours.
Your name on it

Set once. Every client carries it.

One settings page in your workspace. Every client account underneath picks it up from the next page they open.

01

Every screen

Your name and logo in the top bar and the browser tab, your colour on every button and heading, and a small credit line at the foot that you choose, or none.

02

Every email

Invitations, sign-in links, the morning note, new enquiries and the monthly report arrive with your name on the From line and your colour. When a client replies, it lands in your inbox.

03

A login per client

Each client sees their own results, campaigns and reports, and nothing else. They can’t approve or change anything, and they never see your other clients.

04

Your own address, if you want it

Clients can sign in at an address like clients.youragency.co.uk. Add two DNS records and press Check; we switch it on, usually within a working day.

05

You keep the relationship

Strategy, creative and the conversation stay with you. Max does the hourly and daily work inside the rules, and the big changes wait for your yes.

06

Accounts in the client’s name

Google Ads and Meta connect from each client’s own accounts, and they pay the platforms directly. If a client moves on, the accounts stay theirs.

£20 a client a month

White label included. No agency tier.

One client is one brand, with its own goal, budget, rules and report. Your name, client logins and your own address come with every workspace. You set your own price to your clients.

3 clients£60 a month

Each with its own goal, login and report.

5 clients£100 a month

Several ad accounts per client, Google and Meta together.

10 clients£200 a month

Ten on your own. More with the team, at the same price.

Optional+ £120 a month

Expert support: eight 15-minute credits, shared across your clients. £75 an hour beyond.

Seven days free, card first, nothing charged until day 8. No minimum term. Assisted setup from £149 per client, once. Max works from about £500 a month of ad spend per platform. Ad spend is paid to each platform by the account owner.

The same timetable for every client

Every hour, every morning, every Monday, and the 1st.

Each step is written down in the workspace with the numbers behind it, so you can show a client why something changed.

Every hour Spend and pace

Each platform kept on pace for its budget, and CRM sales sent back so the bidding learns.

Every morning Optimised for the goal

Every campaign optimised against the client’s goal. The rules decide what goes live and what waits.

Mondays A deeper look

The whole account over the week: what costs and brings nothing, and what no longer earns its budget.

The 1st The report, under your name

One per client, by email and in their login.

What stays the same, whatever the name says

Clear rules. Straight answers.

The rules Max works within

  • Budget moves up to 20% and £50 a day per campaign.
  • Three days’ rest after a change, so the numbers can settle.
  • Bigger moves, new ads and pausing campaigns always ask first.
  • A hard stop at 97% of each platform’s monthly budget, until the 1st.
  • The seven-day trial is watch mode: Max audits and shows every change he would make, changing nothing live.

What stays ours

  • The sending address. Your name is on the From line, but the address after it is ours, because only our domain is signed for sending. Replies still come to you.
  • The data processing agreement. It names AdsEye as the processor of your clients’ data, whatever the screens say.
  • Max. The assistant inside the app keeps his name.
  • The platforms. Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Local Services) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) connect today. Others wait on each platform’s review. Every platform, and where it stands.

Questions, answered plainly

Will my clients know it’s AdsEye?

The screens, emails and reports carry your name, logo and colour. What stays ours is the sending address behind your name, a credit line only if you choose one, the legal pages, and Max, the assistant’s name. On your own address, the sign-in page is yours too.

Does white label cost extra?

No. Your name on the screens, client logins and your own address come with every workspace at £20 a client a month.

What can a client login do?

See the overview, the campaigns and the reports for their own account, and download the figures. It can’t approve, change or set anything up, and it never shows another client, a customer’s name or a phone number.

How do I set up my own address?

In your workspace, under Your name on it, give the hostname, for example clients.youragency.co.uk. Add the two records it shows at your domain registrar and press Check. We switch it on, usually within a working day, and until then your clients carry on at the address they already use.

What counts as one client?

A distinct business with its own goals, budget, rules and reporting. Facebook and Instagram in one Meta ad account count as one account, and a client can hold several ad accounts.

How many clients can I run?

Ten on your own, at £20 each. Ask the team for more and we add them at the same price.

Who owns the ad accounts?

The client, or whoever owns them today. AdsEye connects to existing Google Ads and Meta accounts by access you grant, and spend is paid to each platform directly.

Does Max replace my own judgement?

No. Strategy and creative stay with you. Max does the hourly and daily work inside the rules, and the big decisions wait for a yes, with reasons and numbers.

Can you help set up a new client?

Assisted setup is from £149 per client, once. Expert support is £120 a month for eight 15-minute credits, shared across your clients. How assisted setup works.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Results vary with the market, season and platforms; we guarantee the checks, reviews, rules and report.

Your clients see your tool. Max does the hourly work.

Seven free days to see what Max would do for each client’s goal, then £20 a client a month, white label included. No minimum term.
