Max, in plain words

AdsEye is an AI ad manager. These are the terms for using it.

What you get

We set up your ad accounts and tracking where you ask us to, and Max then checks spend every hour, reviews every campaign each morning, takes a deeper look on Mondays and sends you a report on the 1st of each month. He makes small changes on his own inside the rules you agree with us, and sends anything bigger to you for a yes.

What it costs

£20 a month for each brand you run, before VAT, after a seven-day trial on your first brand. Assisted setup is a one-off fee agreed in writing before any work, from £149 a brand. Expert support is £120 a month for eight credits of fifteen minutes, shared across your brands, with specialist time beyond that at £75 an hour by agreement. Every monthly fee is rolling, with one month's notice either way. There is no minimum term.

Ad spend

You pay for your advertising direct to each platform, in accounts held in your name. We recommend at least £500 a month on each platform, because below that its bidding rarely sees enough results to learn from. Max stops spending on a platform when its monthly budget is reached.

Your accounts

The ad accounts, the campaigns and the data stay yours. You can remove Max's access at any time, from Setup or from the platform itself.

The first week

For the first seven days, every change Max wants waits for your approval, so you can see how he works before he acts on his own.

No promises about results

Advertising results vary with the market, the season and the platforms. We don't guarantee rankings, leads or sales. We do guarantee the checks, the reviews, the rules and the report.

Payment

We invoice the set-up fee before work starts and the monthly fee each month. If a payment is late we tell you first; if it stays unpaid, Max stops making changes until it's settled. Your campaigns keep running as they are.

Data

We process your customers' details only to send your results back to the ad platforms, under the data processing agreement.

Liability and law

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Where these terms say nothing, the law of England and Wales fills the gap.
