Every other platform, and your CRM
Where each of the thirteen channels stands, what its tile asks you for, and how your CRM comes in. The Connect screen says the same thing in the same words, so nothing here is a surprise later.
Before you start
- The account or advertiser ID for each platform you use, from that platform’s own settings.
-
LinkedIn
Set up and run by the AdsEye team until LinkedIn approves AdsEye’s Advertising API and Conversions API access. Press Ask us to set it up on the tile; Max reads the numbers and reports on it. LinkedIn caps the connection at five ad accounts until wider access is approved.
-
Microsoft Advertising
The one platform with no review to wait for. Its one-click sign-in switches on once AdsEye’s developer token and sign-in app are in place. Until then, Ask us to set it up.
-
TikTok and Pinterest
Built, each with its own sign-in, and switched off until the platform’s app review clears: about a week for TikTok, a day for Pinterest’s trial access and longer for standard. On Pinterest every change waits for a person, whatever your rules say elsewhere, because Pinterest’s developer terms require it.
-
Nextdoor, Amazon Ads and ChatGPT ads
No self-serve sign-in on any of the three. Each waits on the platform’s own partner approval, and until it is granted nothing runs on that channel. Type the advertiser ID, profile ID or account name on the tile and press Ask us to set it up; the AdsEye team records the request and tells you where the approval stands.
-
Your CRM
GoHighLevel connects with one sign-in or a location ID. HubSpot and Pipedrive can be read too; ask the AdsEye team. Any CRM that can send a webhook can post stages to an address made on the Imports page. Without a CRM, the lead inbox does the same job.
-
Email and Slack
Approvals, alerts and the morning note go by email to everyone on the account. A Slack channel can carry the same, set up by the AdsEye team.
Common issues
The tile says not switched on yet?
That platform’s sign-in opens once it approves AdsEye. Until then the team connects it for you, and the tile says so.
Can I bring in numbers in the meantime?
Yes. Past results for any platform can be imported from a CSV, and Max reports on them. Bring your own numbers.
Which platform can Max change today?
Google and Meta, through the connection you grant. Platforms run by the team are read and reported on; Max changes nothing on them.
Next: Bring your own numbers
Past results, sales and enquiries from a spreadsheet.
