In Expert support, create a request with the category, what you want to achieve, the account reference and period. The conversation, estimate and balance stay on it.

Agree the estimate
We reply with the scope and credits needed. Nothing is used until you say yes.

Follow the work
Answer the specialist’s questions on the request. Only approved, completed work uses credits.

Check your balance
Extra time is $75 an hour by agreement, never automatically. Billing questions and fixing AdsEye defects use no credits.
Common issues
Is this unlimited management?
No. Creative production and larger implementation work are scoped separately.
Can I stop?
Any month; there is no minimum term.
